Meeting of the Minds is the largest conference for the Sage ecosystem outside of Sage’s own events — and the only one that is entirely peer-led and community-driven. In 2027, all ISVs — Sage 100 and Sage Intacct alike — exhibit together in a single unified Expo Hall, alongside lunch and the general session, in the room where the whole conference already is.
Pricing is held flat against 2026. Our own costs have risen and we are absorbing that rather than passing it along, because we know travel budgets are tighter than they were.
90 Minds is a collaborative community of experienced ERP practitioners — the consultants, VARs, practice leaders and independent advisors who implement, support and recommend Sage solutions for client organizations across North America. Roughly two in three are Sage 100 practitioners and about a third work across both Sage 100 and Sage Intacct. Nearly four in five sit in firms of twenty consultants or fewer, where there is no account-governance layer between the practitioner and the client recommendation — the individual consultant’s read on your product is the advice the client receives. Their client work concentrates heavily in distribution and manufacturing, the same two verticals where the Sage 100 installed base is deepest, and the subject they most want programmed is AI and automation.

The Bonfire is the Thursday evening event, 5:30–8:30pm on the beach, with dinner served and all attendees expected. It is the largest single social gathering of the conference, and the one people talk about afterwards.
