 We’re looking forward to having you receive a complimentary professional headshot at the conference!

• RSVP: You will be able to sign up first come, first served to start at 12:00 pm on Thursday 
• Attire: Professional (Suite*, Jacket, Shirt, Tie, Sport Coat, etc.)
• Proofs: Within 2 weeks of the Conference
• Final: One (1) selected headshot of your choice, hand edited, and delivered electronically. 

*Headshots are taken from the mid-section up, so you can wear a sport coat, or suit jacket only and not worry about changing in full.

6. Now, browse for Meeting of the Minds 2023 or use the search bar to find it. Once you’ve found it, tap on it.

PRE-INTEREST CHECK-IN:

Once you’ve downloaded the app & logged in, please sign up for which sessions you are interested in.  Capacity is limited. Under the AGENDA section to the right use the add plus symbol ➕ to add sessions. It will then give you a reminder option. That’s it! You’re signed up.
