Getting There

By Air

The best and quickest option is to fly into San Diego International Airport. From the airport, it’s about a 20 min drive. We suggest using a rideshare service or taxi service.

By Car

If traveling by car, here are driving directions to the resort from all public entry points onto Coronado Island. Below are instructions from each main entry:

From the Coronado Bridge (Main Northern Entry)

  • Upon crossing the Coronado Bridge from mainland San Diego, continue straight onto 3rd Street.
  • Turn left onto Orange Avenue.
  • Stay on Orange Avenue heading south for about 4.5 miles as it becomes CA-75/Silver Strand Boulevard.
  • Look for signage for Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

From Silver Strand (Southern Entry via Imperial Beach)

  • Approach Coronado via CA-75 northbound from Imperial Beach.
  • Continue up Silver Strand Boulevard for approximately 4 miles.
  • The entrance for Loews Coronado Bay Resort will appear on your left.

From Ferry Landing (Pedestrian and Local Entry)

  • If entering at Coronado Ferry Landing (on foot/car from nearby), drive or walk to Orange Avenue via 1st Street.
  • Drive south on Orange Avenue, which becomes CA-75/Silver Strand Boulevard.
  • Proceed south for roughly 4.5 miles.
  • Turn right.

Parking

  • Valet parking is available for $50 + tax overnight.
  • Self-parking is available for $47 + tax overnight. Rates are subject to change.
