Headshots

We’re looking forward to having you receive a complimentary professional headshot at the conference!

• Date: Thursday, March 13, 2025
• Times: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• RSVP: You will be able to sign up on the morning of (first come, first served.)
• Attire: Professional (Suite, Jacket, Shirt, Tie, Sport Coat, etc.)*
• Final: One (1) selected headshot of your choice, hand edited, and delivered electronically. 

*Headshots are taken from the mid-section up while standing (typically just above the belly button, so you can wear a sport coat, or suit jacket only and not worry about changing in full.

Within a few weeks after the conference, you’ll receive access to an online gallery to review your proofs. You’ll select one image which will be edited, touched up* and sent back to you. You’ll receive a high-resolution and low-resolution version of your selected headshot.

*You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional images or extra enhancements, touch-ups, background removal and more.
