Exhibitor Information

We welcome all exhibitors to MOTM26! 

  • Location: Commodore A & B (Combined Ballroom)
  • Set-Up: Wednesday, March 4 – Available all day
  • Breakdown:Friday, March 6 after program conclusion (~6:00 PM)
  • Booth Assignments: will be distributed approximately two weeks prior to the event or may be provided onsite.

Expo Hall Engagement Hours

Sponsors should plan to staff their tables during peak traffic times.

Thursday & Friday

  • Breakfast: 7:00–8:00 AM
  • Lunch: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Daily Happy Hour: 1 hour at end of day

Beverage stations and snacks will be located inside the expo hall. Happy hour will take place either inside the hall or on the adjacent terrace to drive traffic.

Shipping & Receiving

Sponsors shipping booth materials, signage, or equipment must follow official shipping instructions.

Please follow all labeling instructions and delivery windows to avoid delays or additional fees.

If you need power, audio/visual or similar technical needs, you must place your order directly with the venue’s AV department, Encore.
