To ensure a clear and valuable experience for both sponsors and attendees, please review the following expo and session placement guidelines for Meeting of the Minds 2026:

Expo Hall Placement

  • Sage 100 Sponsors: All Sage 100 sponsors will exhibit in the main Expo Hall (downstairs) and present sessions within the Sage 100 education track.
    (This includes ISVs, consultants, and solution partners focused on Sage 100 products.)
  • Sage Intacct Sponsors (Sage Intacct-only): The Sage Intacct Pavilion (upstairs) is reserved exclusively for Sage Intacct ISVs. Space in this area is limited and curated to highlight Sage Intacct-specific products and integrations.
  • Dual-Product or Multi-Platform ISVs: If your company supports both Sage 100 and Sage Intacct (or additional ERP platforms), your exhibit booth will be located in the main Expo Hall (downstairs) alongside the broader ISV community.
    You are strongly encouraged to present Sage 100–focused sessions as this is the only peer conference dedicated to the Sage 100 ecosystem.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Sponsors presenting in both Sage 100 and Sage Intacct tracks must clearly label sessions according to product focus.
  • All SageIntacct-focused sessions will take place upstairs in the Pavilion.
  • All Sage 100 sessions will remain in the main conference areas.

Multi-Sponsorship Discount

Sponsors who participate in both Sage 100 and Sage Intacct tracks (by exhibiting and/or presenting across both) will receive a multi-sponsorship discount of up to 15% off the combined package total.

Sponsorship Signup

There are two ways to sign up depending how you wish to pay:

1. Direct / Instant via Credit Card (Preferred)

Sign up instantly through our Event Management System (Whova). Instant Payment with Credit Card is required. The benefit is that you are instantly loaded into the Sponsor management system where you can get started on filling out your profile, etc.

2. Signup via Invoice

Invoice – (Alternate) If you wish or require to pay offline via Invoice or purchase order, then fill out the form below. Once payment is received, you will be Manually added to the sponsorship management system to work on your profile, etc.

Placement: Space is assigned by tier and then in order of contract date. MOTM reserves right to optimize the floor for traffic flow and experience.

  • Education first. Product is welcome, but sessions must deliver clear educational takeaways.
  • No direct competitor conflicts within the same time block for included sponsored sessions.
  • Content deliverables: title, abstract (100–150 words), 3 learning objectives, speaker bios/headshots, and slide deck by due dates.
  • Sessions are recorded at MOTM’s discretion.

This is a Summary of the Terms. A full terms document will accompany the sponsorship agreement.

  • Confirmation: You will receive benefit/asset deadlines upon contract execution.
  • No cancellations: If MOTM format materially changes (e.g., virtual pivot), you may cancel within 10 days of notice for a full refund; otherwise benefits will be adapted to the new format.
  • Trademark/Logo Use: Use of MOTM/90 Minds marks requires prior written approval.
  • Eligibility: 90 Minds may decline applications not aligned with member interests.
  • Liability: Other than fees paid, 90 Minds is not responsible for sponsor costs incurred.
  • Assignment: Space and schedule subject to optimization by MOTM.
